Description
The WindTech WSF-1 & WSF-2 12 x 12″ Windscreen Foam is a square foot of high-density Polyurethane SonicFoam used to isolate vibration and wind noise during film and TV production.
These charcoal gray foam blocks, act as a versatile tool in custom and hidden mic placement. They protect mics on bookshelves, behind the sun visor in cars, and in many other locations prone to unwanted rumble. Use them as blanket windscreens, with stage floor mics, and hold large condenser microphones in place when it’s impractical or visually distracting to use a shock mount or boom.

- For live broadcast TV or field recording, Windscreen Foam provides exceptional shielding from wind and vibration. The raw material can also be shaped to secure large delicate mics hidden on stage or inside set props.

- The WSF-1 is made from SonicFoam, an acoustical hypo-allergenic material that also protects microphones from dirt, moisture, and impact.
